Yes. Guests who reserve directly are afforded preference when safari seats are allotted. It is a preference rather than a guarantee, and seats remain subject to availability.
No. Sightings cannot be promised by anyone. What we can do is put you at the right gate at the right hour, as often as the permits allow.
